Our drive today started off the best of any drive thus far. No rain, no floods, no tornados, and no hail. The Tetons were stunning and we stopped to take pictures about five times. We were relatively excited when we passed the state line and entered Idaho. However, the excitement did not continue. We have dubbed Idaho the worst state ever. There wasnt much to look at and it seemed to go on forever and ever.
We were supposed to drive to Seattle today, but it was a 13 hour drive from where we met up with Kyle and Jeff. We had a day to play with so we decided we would just find a place to stay in Boise, Idaho. After 6 hours of driving we realized that if we stopped in Boise we would still have to drive 7 hours to Seattle the next morning. So, I got my lead foot in gear and we drove 2 more hours and ended up in Baker City, OR. It is a really small town, but it is treating us well. I’m sad to admitt that we are staying in a motel, but we had no choice. It’s only costing us 13 dollars a piece since the boys are splitting it with us. I think I can live with that. Yeah, i can live with that.
